Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms & Master Service Framework

By accessing the website of KrishRidhi Technologies & Consulting ("KrishRidhi"), submitting project inquiry briefs, or executing a Statement of Work (SOW), client organizations ("Client", "You") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

All custom software development, web & mobile engineering, cloud solutions, DevOps automation, and IT consulting services provided by KrishRidhi are governed by formal Master Service Agreements (MSA) executed between authorized representatives of both parties.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) & Source Code Ownership

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a signed Statement of Work:

• Client Ownership: Upon full settlement of agreed engineering invoices, 100% ownership of bespoke source code, application assets, proprietary database schemas, and custom UI designs transfers to the Client.
• Pre-Existing Frameworks: KrishRidhi retains ownership of underlying open-source libraries, generic utility modules, and pre-existing core tooling utilized during engineering. Client receives a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to utilize such components within the delivered software.

3. Service Level Agreements (SLA), Warranties & Limitations

We warrant that all software code and cloud infrastructure provisioned by KrishRidhi will conform to the functional specifications set forth in the agreed SOW and undergo rigorous automated unit and integration testing.

Neither party shall be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of software usage. Total cumulative liability under any technical engagement shall be capped at the total professional fees paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
